  • Bolsonaro is the sixth most popular head of state on social media

    The Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro demonstrates a very active and independent posture on his social media. Right after taking office as President he got to 25 million subscriptions summing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube . In June he reached to 30 million, and in the first week of August he achieved almost 32 million followers on his social media. He is the most popular among the Latin America heads of state.

    Bolsonaro stands out among the tenth most popular heads of state in digital world. This universe achieves 470 million subscriptions on their official accounts. The top three performers are: the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi with 122,007,264 subscriptions, the American President Donald Trump (102,632,927), and Pope Francisco (58,582,618).

    The Brazilian President occupies the sixth position and stands out as second on YouTube with almost 2,5 million of followers. On Instagram and Facebook is the fourth place in DR with the amount of 13,321,384 and 11,131,508, respectively. (See the DR detailed below).

    The presence of Jair Bolsonaro is superior if compared to some brazilian personalities as we can verify in the next chart.
