So how are the top 10 Brazilian banks acting in this digital world?
This post presents the Digital Ranking (DR) that considers the sum of the number of subscriptions on the social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
Itaú ranks first in the digital ranking with almost 11 million subscriptions. Bradesco is in second place with more than 7 million subscriptions.
Santander stands as third place in DR with almost 5 million subscriptions. Banco do Brasil is the fourth with 3.5 million while Caixa Econômica Federal ranks fifth with 3.4 million. In the sixth place appears HSBC with 2.5 million subscriptions.
BNDES with almost 250 thousand subscriptions and BTG Pactual with 216 thousand subscriptions occupy the seventh and eighth places in DR, respectively.
Banco Votorantim occupies the ninth position with almost 70 thousand subscriptions. Banco Safra closes the list with just over 10,000 in tenth place.
